Okay on a budget
Big bathroom with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked well. Price was also fair.
It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't very clean either. My rooms number was ripped off making it difficult to find at first.

Good location.
Good location. Near to subway station, famous shopping street/mall, restaurants and historical places. Staff did help, when asked, with our luggages and to change room to lower flr. We manage to get a room on 2nd flr on 2nd day onwards and on the last day the guy staff help to bring down our 3 luggages
Regreted choosing this hotel for our 10 days stay. Could have paid abit more to stay at a more comfortable hotel nearby. There was no lift and we had to climb 4flrs up with our heavy luggages to our room which I find it abit dangerous. The room was too small and bed was too high. Very space constrain. We didn't bother to change accomodation as we were outside most of the time and out of Seoul for for few days.

Great Stay!
Location was great. Nearby to attraction places and shopping. Easy to find the hotel. Room was clean and confortable.
No lifts, hence had to carry my huge luggage up the 3rd storey.

WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND
it is bare minimum furniture with no closet space or lift, but there are heated floors and airconditioning, and the private bathrooms are updated and clean. location is well suited for pedestrian travellers wanting to see nearby Myeongdong or have access to four different train stations on two different lines. taxis and buses are easy to catch within a few minutes' walking distance. the main road and traffic junction is just a few metres' walk but it is tucked away behind a convenience store and several eateries, so it is close to crowds but quiet.
no lift, be prepared to carry luggage up flights of stairs with tiny steps. would recommend refurbishing steps to larger footholds for more stability to older patrons or customers with huge feet:)
